How long is your turnaround time?
Items that are in stock will get shipped out within 2-10 business days. Postage times will depend on AusPost and whether you choose Express Shipping. Express shipping applies after the order has been received by AusPost not for a priority order - if you need your order urgently please email Fox & Owl Threads directly.
Any delays while in transit are an issue of the postage service and are out of our control so they may take longer than expected.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds due to damage or product malfunction/ damage not caused by customer
Damage that has occurred and is visible on delivery, malfunctioning hardware or maker error are refundable with store credit upon investigation and agreement from both parties. Photographic evidence and possible return of the product, with postage at buyers expense, will be discussed.
General wear and tear, excessive harsh treatment and using product incorrectly and in disregard to proper usage instruction do not constitute in any refunds/store credits.
We do not offer change of mind refunds / exchange
By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. We have tried to accurately describe and showcase the items as well as possible. Lighting and screens may cause the colours to differ from actual products. Because these items are handmade there may be flaws occasionally.
