Fox and Owl Threads started as a way for me to express my creativity and destress after having a life changing medical emergency.

I came close to not being here after a diagnosis of Crohn's Disease in 2021 and a vital surgery that left me with a new view of how I wanted to live my life.
I have always taken care of everyone else before myself, especially my three beautiful and chaotic kidlets, so I needed to learn to look after myself too.

Which brought upon the creation and passion I have for my small business Fox & Owl Threads - I want to create unique handmade pieces for you all so you can let your personality shine on the outside.

We all need to allow ourselves to be just us without the worry of being too much or masking to fit in. I'm utilising my neurodivergence to be as spectacularly creative as I can to share with you all.
