How long is your turnaround time?

Items that are in stock will get shipped out within 2-10 business days. Postage times will depend on AusPost and whether you choose Express Shipping. Express shipping applies after the order has been received by AusPost not for a priority order - if you need your order urgently please email Fox & Owl Threads directly. Any delays while in transit are an issue of the postage service and are out of our control so they may take longer than expected.
